Newborn Girl Studio Session- Reston Virginia

Im obsessed with this newborn babe I recently had in my studio! Most newborn sessions are ideal before baby is two weeks old, however, I have done PLENTY of older newborn sessions, which this little bub was. 

Usually for older newborns they are more awake and interactive and has a major cases of FOMO ( fear of missing out) but that's ok because as long as they are fed, burped and clean diapered and if they either have slept for a while or were awake for a few hours prior to the session, they usually do pretty well. We cant quite get some poses or use certain props like a 2 weeker baby, but as you can see, most of my props can fit bigger babies and you get these adorable wide awake shots which I love almost as much as I love the sleepy baby shots!

Alot of neutral and natural elements were used in this session, which is my favorite! My style is geared towards neutral, light/white with things like pampas grass or leaves/flowers etc and wooden props.
