Hi there! Congratulations and thank you for choosing me to be your photographer! I cannot wait to capture  your little bundle and your family in the session coming up. The goal is to have a nice sleepy, warm, full bellied baby for the session, so please try to follow the tips here in the preparation guide.

Preparation Guide ( In studio):

- The day of please try to give the baby a nice warm bath and apply lotion to avoid flaky skin followed by a feeding prior to departing to the studio or if it's an in home session, prior to my arrival
- Dress baby in something easy to get in and out of like a zip up onesie without any layers underneath ( the reason is if baby is sleeping, we dont want to disturb the baby and wake baby up). If it is an in home session, please wrap baby in blanket with just diapers on.
- Remember to bring milk, diapers, extra change of clothes for the baby and a pacifier ( even if the baby doesnt quite take one yet, babies during these sessions sometimes need extra comforting due to the extra handling etc and having a pacifier could make or break the session)
- If you will be bringing any other children along for your session, try to bring some bribery snacks or stickers or toys, we will start off with family and sibling shots first ( I know the short window of time we have with toddlers and kids so we will do those first then move onto the newborn portion)
- Wardrobe -For the sibling/family shots, I have a white studio with large floor to ceiling windows with sheer curtains. Solid colors photograph well, please stay away from busy patterns that can pull focus away from faces. Light colors in the white, cream, beige family photograph very well, however, if you like darker colors, I would recommend, blacks, greys, dark purples, maroons. If you have outfits/colors you want to show me prior to your shoot, simply text me or message me for guidance!
